I will never rent anything from U-Haul again……there business model and the way they do business is ridiculous they do not hire manpower to run the business. I reserved/ rented a trailer from a very large U-haul site but was told I would have to pick it up somewhere else…….. then I was not told where I would have to return it, I had to wait for a text message telling me the location where I should return the trailer. And guess what …….that site had no one there to check me in. They need to rethink the way they do business

JOHN JComputer issue improvements would make this more efficient for pick up. The location rep was very professional. He could not rent the vehicle initially, as it was "not turned in" through the system. He does not have that ability in the system. This was just a 20 minute delay, but he was not able to attend to other customers.
MICHAEL KI’m recovery from hip replacement! I needed the dolly that I was charged for to assist with being able to move things. Wasn’t available and resulted in many unnecessary trips back and forth! What should’ve cost me 100/125 cost me almost 300$
