The cabin was clean the actual rear of the truck wasn't. It was still dirty from the previous renters.

So the team here was awesome they were so friendly. They just didn’t really know what was going on because the person who used it last didn’t sign out. Therefore I was charged for the whole trip they took plus mine. It was an extra $450 because someone drove 400 miles. I only drove 50. I appreciate the teams effort and customer service. I just think they were not given the best info.
CODY OI dropped off my unit the night before my scheduled return dateturned everything into the store clerk. I was contacted twice the next day by two separate representatives asking when I would be returning the unit . Why ?
Adrian TThe worker was great. He helped explain the charges to me and was very patient. The truck was pretty dirty with trash and broken glass inside. There was also a dolly left inside unsecured which I eventually had to secure in the cab of the truck which was a nusiance.
