First the original location that was guaranteed was not there. That is when I had to go to the Pearl River store. Once there the running light never worked on the trailer.

The woman in the office was very nice and helpful.
Richard PLocation was open from 9am-2pm on Saturday. I scheduled a pickup the night before for 10am. I started calling at 930, 30 minutes after they open to make sure I was going to the correct location. With no answer I showed at 10 for my scheduled pick-up and no one was there. I called the main office to to figure out what we were going to do (very helpful, no issues with uhaul, just this location) and while on the phone with uhaul the employees show up at 1025. Apparently stuck in traffic for an hour and 25 minutes.

Theodore RThere wasn’t gas in the truck. Trash was left behind after previous renter. I was charged for three day when i only rent for September 30 and returned vehicle at 11 that night. When i called Pearl River Uhaul I told the lady on the phone i was located in Pearl River and moving from Zachary to come to Pearl River. She then told me it would be cheaper to get the Uhaul from Tire Doctor in Zachary and Drop off at Pearl River Discount. That’s what i made my reservation for. I’m not understanding why i’m getting charge a wrong drop off fee. The lack of communication was very poor. No I’m getting charged an extra $300 because of their miscommunication. No i see why people warned me about renting from Uhaul.
