Attendant was not helpful just told us to call 1 800 number....then waiting over an hr on the line no one answered we figured it out on our own......not customer friendly if issues come up.......
Smelly and too expensive
The internet pickup and return is horrible. It would work much better in the APP.. The ladies on the phone are awesome!

They where very rude and would not help a 68 year old woman lift the trailer off the hitch. They also talked down to her.

It is an excellent location. Could use a variety of moving vehicles, such as pickup trucks and vans.
computer pass word was unknown - for my iPhone - to confirm the etc. on my pick up & condition etc, info . but the guy running the the place was excellent - he was very helpful even in going out side to show me a cool way to hookup my chain on to my car --- *the credit card machine would not work right !

While the initial rental set up went smoothly, the post return was poor. Nobody was available to receive the equipment, and while it took less than half the time initially to get the move done and return the equipment, refunding us for the initial amount took several days. When we asked about the issue, the lady we spoke to was rude and unhelpful. additionally, the equipment had light failures, plus the exterior was cleaner than inside the cab.
The man who waited on us, John, was very friendly and helpful. Nicely maintained and clean facility. Easy out to interstate.
