Had to wait for someone to come to the office, when I did a reservation for 10AM, why would you leave the office knowing a Uhaul is scheduled to go out? The person whom assisted me, acted like he didn't even want to be there, like I was an inconvenience to him. When returning the truck, again nobody in office, no sign on the door and the door was locked, but your hours stated you was open. Not a very good experience at all. The truck AC didn't blow cold either.

The manager was very courteous and helpful when turning in the truck. Drop off was too easy!
Sonya RI did not receive an appliance dolly but I was charged for it. I noted that when I picked up the vehicle. Also truck was not clean and smells.
