Mobile pickup was awful. The site kept crashing and not loading and it took over an hour for me to finally get into the truck. I would highly recommend just going to a store with actual people there. Or better yet go to Home Depot up the street. This wasted my time and stressed me out and delayed my whole day.Brianne O.

I scheduled my Uhaul pick up for 9am. I was traveling â€œone-wayâ€ therefore there was not a guarantee where I would pick up my truck until 48 hours before. Thankfully the location was only 10minutes away from where I was moving from. I traveled two hours that morning to arrive early. I arrived And the store was closed. I called Uhaul and was told that location does not open until 10. Meanwhile, I had scheduled movers through Uhaul as well for 930. I understand the trucks traveling one way are not guaranteed at certain locations, but the time of the store opening should be consistent ESPECIALLY when I scheduled everything with the movers through Uhaul and had pickup at 9 and movers at 930. I contacted my movers (who are great and accommodating) and they switched their time to 1030. So I go back to this location to pick up my Uhaul at 10, when I was told they open And when I was told my reservation was for - and No one was there. The woman showed up at 10:15 - very apologetic stating that she had nothing listed for this morning. However - miraculously she pulled up my reservation - so it was obviously listed. Needless to stay - movers were waiting as I showed up at my apartment. Moving is stressful enough and this did not help.Jeffrey P.
The address was inaccurate, so it took us a few minutes to find the truck. The key was in the wrong lockbox and it took us over an hour to get in touch with someone who could help us get the key. The truck was parked on a residential street with limited parking spots; multiple neighbors got angry with us (and U-Haul) because they were upset we were parking on their street.Leah B.

This is the worst U-haul location I have ever been to. No personnel on site, no instructions as to where to drop off the key (had to talk to customer service over the phone for an hour before I was advised what to do). The mailbox to drop off the key is not a designated U-haul mailbox but rather a black box simply marked 6200. There was no available parking on the street either. Would NOT recommend to anyone.Heidi S.
The 15' van we picked up smelled heavily of cigarette smoke; someone had clearly been chain smoking in it and no attempt appears to have been made to deodorize it. It was awful to sit in the cab for the move.Daniel G.

I was scheduled to return the truck much closer to where I was moving my items too. After the confusion at the pick up, when I was speaking with your representative she told me I should bring the truck here, much further away. She TWICE told me to take it to 2600 Chew Ave. I brought it there, and as you can see from the address of this location, it was the wrong address. So I had to drive this 26' truck much more around the cramped streets of this neighborhood. When I arrived at this location, there was a sign on the door that said, "we're on vacation today, be back tomorrow." so I left it on the street and dropped the keys in the key slot. It was a great experience, and I had a very clean uhaul truck. I'm so happy to have a uhaul location so close to me, were I had to move from one location to the another. The location was poorly staffed with only one person working. The employee was multi-tasking between helping me process the U-Haul transaction and helping someone with an unrelated task over the phone. The employee commented multiple times about their multi-tasking abilities when in reality it came across as unprofessional and confusing as to who was being helped. The office felt like the heat was turned off which made for an unpleasant experience. Lastly, the employee had me sign off on the rental agreement prior to inspecting the vehicle or explaining what I was signing. This became an issue at the drop off location when they attempted to charge me a cleaning fee for returning the truck in the manner in which I received it.Dustin N.

Never chose to do self pick up. Ended up having to do it and it was a mess. Keys were not where they were supposed to be. Took forever to get a rep to check License which cut into my time I paid for to move. Truck did not shift well while driving. Needs better maintained for the next person. Also I did not agree to the charge of the overage on miles. I was told a rep would call and we never received one. Overall I was screwed out of money both for your mistakes.Jaclyn C.
