It is a gas station. Almost stepped in dog poop getting into the van. Another van was parked behind my rental and the person told me to move it. She did not care about any service. She advised the dolly I wanted was not there, I had to go to another location to pick it up - very inconvenient. So I had to take another 20+ minutes out of my way to get a truck. Then I was advised I only get 50 miles - I was moving to a place 25 miles away - so I get charged for the overage! I can’t believe I only get 50 miles.

Dennis KNeed more cuatomer service. Need employees to answer the phone. It is very difficult to get through.
Luis MAbsolutely the worst experience with UHaul. The independent agent was rude and threatened to cancel my reservation and make me leave because I asked about blankets. When my reservation has moved locations in the past the new location does not always have the supplies needed and I was only asking.
