Nothing , everyone was completely polite , courteous , and helpful . The customer / client experience couldn't have been more pleasant. It's the only U-Haul dealer I'll rent from again . This company actually appreciated their customer , hard to find these days .

The facility is great have rented here before. The equipment is always well maintained and the people are always happy to see you. On a side note the trailer I rented has an issue with taillights but I didn’t need them but the next person might.
