The uhaul smelled old. Plus I had a hard time trying to get started to use the uhaul had to go back in and log on through the app. Guy at desk s t like he couldn't help me .

Was sent here after 3 rental bookings that were moved to another location at which one of the people working had me come into the garage with sandals on to attach my ball of my hitch myself with their tools and which then I hit my ankle off an engine hoist making me not able to co tinue my move the next day the truck I finally got was filthy the engine belt in the pulleys would squeel loud anytime I pressed the gas the suspension had me flying around the truck it felt like and someone drove it like an asshole before hand and had the gas mileage dropped to shit I would not recommend uhaul to anyone and I'm considering other action against the shop that had me enter their garage with no proper footwear or let alone had me do their job basically
STEPHEN FParking lot was tiny, maneuvering in and out of parking spot was very difficult.

CASEY GHad a difficult time using the uhaul app even with help. Overall it took me over a hour to get set up. Started to rain while I was doing it with no cover available. Also key box with key to truck was open and I didn't have to use code.
