wasn't the staff fault they did their best. took almost 40 mins to check in, system issues. got to my destination (hour plus away) to find out there was NO ramp. i will never rent another truck from this location. I tried to call back to speak with mgr next day to explain how upsetting this is NOT having ramp to move restaurant heavy equipment. But i was told to call back. Didn't waste anymore of my time. Over all what a sad experience. Thank you for sending me a chance to leave a review. Maybe it will make a different for someone else.amy H.

Truck had half tank of gas, drove 23 miles was just a hair under half tank after return and was charged $40 for not filling the tank up, it wasn't full when I got the truck. Also got to the location, computer was glitching according to the associate, so they told me to call uhaul 1800 number to change rental time from 4hrs to 24hrs. Had to call them back after I got a receipt through email saying I had to return the truck in 4hrs when 1hr when spent trying to pick it up, and I had changed it from 4hr rental to 24hrs.Mike R.
It was raining very hard when I picked up the utility van. The staff did not offer to walk me to the van to inspect it for any damages, he told me the number and gave me the keys. Just getting to the van, I was soaking wet. At the desk I received a text with a link to share the condition of the van. When I clicked on it, I received a message the link had expired. The bottom of the drivers door had a thick black rubber piece hanging out. The inside of the van was very dirty, it looked like dirt or gravel was hauled in it. I cleaned this so I could load my event items and not get them dirty. this is the first time I experienced a dirty rental.Mary Anne P.
