The check-out process using the app is very time consuming. I suppose this is the way the world is headed, but you really should alert people that they need to plan to spend a minimum of 30 minutes when picking up a truck. It is not like the old days when you had a real person coordinating all of the paperwork, etc. Used to be a quick process. I am not complaining - but you should alert people to this. I had a three hour rental, and it took me 30 minutes to check out and about 40 to check w/ call to U-Haul 800-number with a question. I barely made it within the three hour total time window I had reserved the truck for.

Gary RConvenient location and friendly people but the knob in the heater is broken as is the passenger window knob. I told them about the heater knob a month ago. Not fixed. Also, inside windows are almost always dirty.

Qiyuan SIt was a very weird experience. The person working the gas station was the only U-Haul worker and we had to wait for all the gas station customers to be checked out before we were taken care of even though we were there first. It was very confusing to have a U-Haul counter but no worker at it.
