Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI messed up on my pick up time in the reservation and John caught it. He was able to find a truck for me and saved the day. Exemplary service in an understatement.
Joseph CWas confused about the 2 receipts, then discovered the correct one for $79.88. First one was estimate. Was able to get everything in one trip since one of the guys moved large furniture and told us how to stack it. John was so very helpful and explained everything prior to me getting the truck Thanks for all the help JOHN.
Chester Cinstructions in the app t drop the vehicle off don't match the actual procedure. wandered around the lot looking for the key drop like the app is telling me, but no key drop. had to make a phone call to figure out what to do and then wait for a call back. weird spot to drop a uhaul off, behind a holiday inn hotel and then have to take the keys to the holiday inn desk to return.
John SThank you John! Such a smooth experience!
