I was charged for something far as I email to check in the truck but it wasn't due until next day so I put it in the night slot like they told me I was charged $20, the truck was dirty in that so I can get her a charge $46 extra no I'm not happy with you

did not have required appliance dolly on truck. couldn't get one. was told wrong size truck for what I needed. needed a ramp and was told the 10 foot had it. It did not. after 30 minutes on the phone I was told this. After I had picked up the truck. did a Sunday pick up day.

The return policy for weekends was online, uhaul app, just started according to office tech at location. Didn't work at all, had to call uhaul directly to avoid a charge to return the 5/8 trailer on Sunday. Sent pictures of the rental return directly to them. Just wonder if the new return app/policy was tried for issues before releasing to me and other customers to be totally frustrated when it didn't work at all! I think this is a great place to rent a uhaul. I was a little disappointed this time though because the inside of my truck had some sticky mess spilled inside the trailer. I think the inside of your trucks need to be regularly washed out!! Other than that the people are nice and helpful.
