Christopher GI ordered a 20foot truck and a trailer and when i got to the site there was no trailer i placed this order 3 days before pick up date and when i called U-Haul all they did was transfer my call to 6 people and i was on the phone for one hour and 33 mins to be told there was nothing they could do for me i had to leve my motorcycle be hide. i will never use U-Haul .
Luis AHave staff take adequate time to go over contract, by line item if need be, and walk customer around vehicle to sign off on it prior to driving off the lot. I will say that the UHaul location on Northlake Blvd in West Palm Beach was both helpful and accommodating. The gentleman there confirmed my appointment for a different location and helped carry boxes out to my car.
