Was very very unclear where to leave the keys, I would suggest they add a key drop off box at this location.

Tiffany LThe gentleman ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process, it definitely helped make the move less overstimulating.
Rownel JStaff was incredibly kind! Someone had left a few jackets in the back of the truck. The check engine light came on and stayed on. Staff said that U-Haul reported this was due to the gas level changing between start-ups and the vehicle is safe to drive, but it was a bit concerning.
Elias PGiven a truck with a hole in gas tank. Lost $25 dollar worth of gas , which put my life in danger had the leaking gas caught on fire, and 4 hours of my time waiting for a replacement . I had to pay a Lyft to take me to the rental location to get another truck.
