They gave me a van with one tire half inflated. They didn't inspect it before telling me I could take it. When I realized that the tire was half empty and I turned around and drove back, the young employee looked at me saying" So, you don't want it?" ... I was stunned: who, with their functional brain wants to drive and then load up a U- haul van with a low pressure tire???? I even HAD TO ASK them to do SOMETHING... It seemed that simply offering to put some air in a tire ( and hoping it would hold up through the move) was a difficult intellectual task for them..... They were also busy talking on their cell phones during business hrs and I had to ask to be helped. Overall, not quite professional

The rep on pick up was very polite. The truck I got was not in good condition; it ran poorly, and appeared to not have been cleaned, the dolley was already unhooked, the gas was incorrectly marked (the rep fixed this on the contract). The drop off service was terrible. I turned in the keys; they said I was good to go. I get a call later threatening more charges if I don't turn it in before noon. I get another call saying I owed $55 for gas (due to the incorrect marking on the original contract). They refuse to accept a picture of the corrected contract and demand that I come back in with my contract. When I refuse, they threaten to never rent to me again. I have always used U-Haul for any moves and never had issues before. This experience was terrible.

I was charged a $150 missing or damage fee when there was NO damage done to the vehicle (I was in it the entire time) AND I had purchased the damage waiver. I called immediately after I received my receipt to speak with costumer service who told me the manager of the store I rented from would reach out "in the next 15 minutes". I never got a call. I'm livid and will not use Uhaul again.

The online pickup experience took a long time and I was caught off guard by needing to have the agent call a friend or contact to verify my identity (the person answering will be caught off guard too - doesn’t seem legit, won’t answer calls from unknown phone numbers, etc). It would have been shorter to wait in line.

It was busy at this location but the employee working was very polite to the customers. He handled multiple customers quickly and efficiently. He also handled phone calls very well while serving in store customers. Even though they were very busy I was able to get in and out quickly.

I've rented from a few different locations, and my best haul experience I've had was this last time at this location. The staff was very personable, knowledgeable, and made sure I was happy.

We had difficulty with our move and needed the trailer ONE extra day. While unloading at our new place a Uhaul manager stopped and proceeded to yell at us and make a scene right in front of the landlord. Accussing us of overloading and stealing the trailer we rented. Upon returning the trailer we were told we were "good to go" and upon requesting, were refused any kind of inspection report or receipt by the two employees taking the trailer back. Two days later Uhaul charged our debit card for TWO extra days of use overdrafting the account. They ran the card multiple times through different methods to get the charge through, all the while not ONE contact effort was made. We will hold this store and Uhaul responsible for this ridiculousness at any cost. Nobody should be treated like this, customer or not. SHAME ON YOU WILL!

The staff was nice, when we returned the vehicle the guy had a little trouble with the billing, but he got it all sorted out which was appreciated! The only complaint is that the van we rented had been smoked in previously and really really stunk. Otherwise, the van was really nice and new and worked perfectly for the job!

U-Haul could not locate any U-Haul place in Everett WA for the drop off even though there are 2 places. So I had to call the national center to report the drop off and then call the local site the next day to tell them. U-Haul needs to make this work more efficiently. Thx.

I was charged for driving 30 miles when in actuality I only drove 8.8 miles. The unprofessionalism of the staff (basically accusing me of lying) was unacceptable. I don't know what happened; was the mileage recorded incorrectly? Don't know, what I do know is that I dove from the uhaul pick-up location, .8 miles east to Dean's Innovations to pick up some mulch, I then drove from there 4.9 miles to my house at 7856 SE 46th ave, unloaded the mulch (which took me all day) and drove back to uhaul location 3.1 miles. I did not go ANYWHERE else. So, was I satisfied? No, I paid .69/mile for 30 miles when I only drove 8.8. What should have been $6.00 was $20.00. Unacceptable.

Customers taking a vehicle for 6 hrs or less should be given the spot where rental was at it’s not a safe neighborhood and where i had to park wasn’t really appropriate.
