The roofs in some units needs to be replaced.

Please be up-front in advance about the need to buy a special lock. Not a big deal, but it`s unpleasant to have it sprung on you when you`re checking in.

The door took between 1-5 minutes to lock because the metal pieces didn`t line up for the industrial-sized lock bought at uhaul. Parking was inconvenient as was walking to the office for the key.

Units had ants EVERYWHERE. uUnit was advertised as 4X4X8 but the room was split in half diagonally into a triangular closet. We were in a hurry so had to take it even though it was too small.

The unit needed 2 B swept. Hours okay, later`d be better. Staff friendly, helpful. Promise of discount for difficulty with company never issued in 3 months, blamed on corporate non-action. Really.

Not enough parking space, and dangerous busy street makes backing in and out very difficult. Removing the stored vehicles that are taking up the parking spaces would be very helpful.
