Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisReserved a truck 2 weeks in advance for 24 hours, and received confirmation on my app. Drove 300+ kilometres from Toronto to Powassan for pickup to do a pre-arranged move, and was told by a gentleman 'Amanda isn't here today, nothing I can do'. Decided to call U-Haul Customer Service and spent half an hour on the phone. They were able to process the rental on their side, and eventually sorted out getting keys. When returning next day were told reservation hadn't been in the system, even though we had digital confirmation. In general unhelpful, and could have been disastrous for our urgent need.

Sandra MAmanda was very accomadating to our needs. Thank you
GARRY SI was charged for a cleaning fee, after paying double for going one way. I was also charged for going over my mileage although U-Haul was aware of the distance I was travelling. I paid just under a thousand dollars for one day only to have added charges at the end. Very disappointing
