windows inside were filthy, cab should have been sanitized and cleaned before rental truck was not a location I signed up for- had to wait over 2 hours to get straightened out. I will never rent by phone App again.

I returned the truck and got told that I had damage done to it but don't worry I had the insurance. My problem was I didn't have damage and I noticed it when I did the online pickup. Also I got it with a quarter of a tank and she argued with me that it was more even when she kept incorrectly telling me where the amount is for a quarter of a tank is located. It was stressful and nerve racking. I will keep going to the uhaul store on 69 or go with another service since I do rentals several times a month for work.

They did not tell me the vehicle return location and the storage location have different addresses. It took a while for the personnel to get everything sorted out. I realize we are in a pandemic and folks are being cautious but not answering the phone is uncool.

truck had a leak, but we saw the disclaimer at the back of the truck after we unloaded. No big deal. Our mileage was low, but the amount of gas I had to put into the truck indicates that it wasn't probably full when I took it out. Danny was great.
