the sales lady was very rude, no understanding how to deal with a customer. the sales man (rick) was very kind, friendly and helpful. wiper was fawlty, had to fix it during the long trip.
Woman was rude overall. Also after verifying with us that we wanted a dolly and us paying for it, it was not in the trailer when we got to our location and opened it to start moving.
There was a bit of a wait ( which I didn't mind) but the lady behind the counter seemed to be rushed to get us out of her hair and didn't really explain anything to us. I felt like she just sort of tossed the keys to us and said good luck. She didn't even check my driver's license to confirm it was me and that it was valid. It would have been nice to be told about the app and the step by step stuff that can be done using it to get the vehicle and to return it.
Online check in process is not user friendly. Screens kept freezing when trying to upload pictures. Staff helpful with billing issue.
Rental unit was poorly maintained.
Customer service rep was great to work with.
Owner seemed a bit overwhelmed at the time as she was the only one available to serve clients and 4 client were waiting for service. Also not the most friendly person

Assist in hooking up the trailer, not leave it for the customer to do.
When we walked in, both employees were at the counter and did not even look up at us. I said â€œgood morningâ€ and received no reply. Finally one employee asked what we needed and when we said we had said to pickup by phone, they offered no help or guidance on how to do so. Eventually one employee did come out to confirm if we had figured it out.
Nothing I could see. They stayed late to take care of me.
It's a uhaul rental location - really not much room for improvement- place could be tidier but when renting a moving truck I'm not expecting a shinny storefront I just want to get a truck in a quick and efficient manner and they do that.
Just curious about double paying, both before and after use of truck
Location was ok, owners did what they could to help. Problems were with Uhaul itself. Very frustrating experience.
Pickup was scheduled for 830 AM but the store didn't open until 9am. Only complaint

Standard U-Haul service, but customer rep. experience wasn't that good or well-received.
At a time like this with covid 19 you walk into the shop it was in organized the appearance inside was so messy crap and uhaul supplies stacked out in customer area junk every where even the counter tops loaded with crap from one end to the other a fire trap waiting to happen.
Got to pick-up location, lady serving said we couldn't have the vehicle because her system was down. Said to come back later. She seemed surprised we didn't find this a very suitable situation. She said that these things happen. I asked her what were our options, as the vehicle was outside, we had to have the stuff out of the apartment, we were moving, by 11.30am, or lose our security deposit, also we had driven in, from out of town, to help our daughter move. She said that wasn't her fault and she was just following U-Haul's policies and if there was no website use then we didn't get a truck! When I pointed out that if 'these things happen, maybe there should be a plan b', as we, as customers, just being told, 'hard luck, go away', wasn't really any type of customer service at all. After our questioning her complacency, she became very defensive and really disinterested. She suggested I go online and do the booking by phone, when I asked how she expected me to go on U-Haul's website, if she couldn't, she just stared at me as though I was being really rude. Luckily, after about 10 minutes of her telling us there was nothing she could do, the website started working and she said she would allow us to take the truck...that was nice of her! I REALLY CAN'T BELIEVE THAT IF THE U-HAUL BOOKING WEBSITE IS UNAVAILABLE, FOR ANY REASON, YOU JUST DON'T GET THE VEHICLE YOU HAVE BOOKED, EVEN IF YOU ARE ACTUALLY STOOD NEXT TO IT... JUST RIDICULOUS. Also, when we got in the vehicle that dash information indicated that the vehicle required servicing. I would not use this particularly unhelpful, and I would like to point out, really filthy outlet again. Also, they seemed to no concept of the current requirement for social distancing.
