I had a complaint about my bill they told me that I had returned my truck 2 Days Later that was a lie I returned it the same night I took it out how about around 6 a little after 6 I'd say put the key in the Dropbox I waited for my bill didn't get it till two days later they charge me for having a truck for 2 days then I called reported it and let them know the guy refund it some of the money well long story short there was supposed to refund me my money back some of it my bank statement says they never gave me back my money they just charged me put full price please someone contact me or a refund me the money that I'm old and if anything can y'all check the cameras out this location because I came in that evening like I said talk the truck and left the keys they're telling me my gas wasn't full and the truck was 2 days late please let me know sincerely Cindy NorthupCINDY N.

I HAVE RENTED FROM UHAUL PLENTY OF TIMES IN MY LIFETIME AND HAD NEVER RECEIVED A TRUCK AS DIRTY AS THIS ONE ON THE INSIDE. BOTH DOORS HAD TO BE SLAMMED VERY HARD IN ORDER FOR THEM TO CLOSE.THE ENGINE SUCKED AND THE PASSANGER MIRROR DIDN'T WORK.WOULD NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN.CAROL S.

The location owner was lovely and I will most certainly go back to this neighborhood hardware store. The van I rented smelled terribly of smoke which I reported when I returned. Because I reported it in the online check in, I was charged a cleaning fee. Within moments of me submitting my feedback on the website, I got an email from customer service and the fee was removed. Even though the van was not clean, UHaul and the location provided great customer service. I would definitely use the service again.Cheryl A.

Online checking in must be observed. I had reserved 2 days before pick up & checked in day of pick up. When I arrived my reservation (according to employee) was not confirmed & someone who had just arrived & requested a van on the spot was given my rental because she arrived 2 seconds before I did & was being processed at that time. I had to wait for someone else to arrive to get the rental! This defeats the entire reservation & check in process! Very upset!Luz P.
