Dropped off after hours, didn't interact with any personnel. It was hard to find parking for the vehicle. I appreciated how easy it was to drop off after hours.

Sophie CThe check engine light was on the entire trip. I returned the unit 2 days before I was supposed to drop off. I wanted a credit. The manager said he would send me my receipt. Haven't received anything. I expect a credit for early return
Steven HI confirmed with 3 different Uhaul representatives a week in advance that I would be paying a flat rate of $69.70 as my overall total and that I would be able to pick up and drop off at a specific location. Yet, a day before pickup they changed my pickup location to be in a completely different town. THEN when I picked up they also charged me OVER $90 BEFORE I HAD EVEN PICKED UP THE TRUCK. And, yet again, right after I picked it up they emailed me to change my drop off location to a town EVEN FARTHER AWAY than the pickup location. Absolutely terrible, frustrating experience. I won't ever be using Uhaul again if I can help it.
