After getting unloaded we rushed over but arrived just after closing time. Ron was just coming out the door after closing up, but was very friendly and helpful, He volunteered to help us get the trailer dropped off anyway, so we didn't need to haul it around town with us all evening, and he completed the final aspects of our rental agreement when he got to work the next morning. We got an email from UHaul that we were all set. Great service and very much appreciated!

I want to recognize Ron the associate at this location on the south side of Pueblo. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with my reservation of a haul trailer. Please let this gentleman know that his performance is one that others should emulate. Thanks Ron !!!! Now as far as uhauls answering service, it definitely needs looking into. I waited 55 minutes to speak with someone in the call center.... Way too long.

The truck was clean and did it's job, the representative was friendly. My pet peeve is he doesn't answer the phone I called the facility four times with no answer. I called a fifth time discreetly as I was standing in front of him and he just ignored the phone ring. It appears he's not answering the phone when he's with a customer or when he's free.

Was overcharged, was lied to about the mileage on the truck. I have pictures of the actual mileage and wrote them down on my contract when I returned the truck. The guy told to have the truck back before 8am the next day, it was there by 7am, he's trying to charge me for an extra day stating that it was returned after 9am. This place sucks and if this is how you do business by lying and scheming on single women with kids, then you picked the wrong woman.

It took over an hour to get the rental done due to the fact that your computer system was not working, The windshield was dirty and not water in the wiper reservoir to clean when i used the wipers, When we open the back door to start loading our things we found a sofa left inside (from previous customer) so we had to take the sofa back to ZuKel Sales plus when i was asked on the Estimate mileage i had to guess i had no clue what to say so i ended up going over that by 5 miles and then i get charged for it which i feel is not right how is a average person like myself going to know how far in mileage you would have to go. i like using u-haul but i think some thing just don't add up., thank you.
