Quand je prenez le véhicule c'était une dame qui avait fait les formalités et quand je l'ai retourné c'était un monsieur, tous deux gentils! Je suis satisfait.

MOHAMED FI did my reservation with the truck and the moving team at 7am with the app. When I tried to take the truck, the app wrote I couldn't and to call the custumer service. I did it and the person at the other side of the line told me because the center open at 8:30, I can't take it. I explain to her than the moving team was at my house and she literally told me "I'm sorry. There is nothing I can do. Bye." After that, we started to move my things down to my appartement and I came back at 8. I was lucky there was someone in there. I explained everything and she didn't charged me the plus time and paied the moving team the plus time for them too. After that, it was a easy moving, but because of the rude attitude of the other person, I'm putting 2 stars. I think of people who are thinking to take a truck at 1am and can't and would be in trouble because of things like that.
