Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo customer service to help, just self serve through the app that didn't work for me, not clear where to park and uhauls blocking each other
Ewa ZClean vehicle, friendly staff. Easy parking, easy to get in and out. Full tank of gas— they don’t play the 1/2 or 7/8 tank of gas game to trick you into over-filing on return. If we need to rent again will definitely come here.
Shen-Li TI made the reservation on the website to drop the truck off at a close by location but once we went through with the appointment it sent us to another location a full half an hour away! Even though there were several places closer by! Plus, there was no notice or email of the change. I was lucky to think of double checking or I would have returned it to the wrong place! Horrible system!
Abby Bvery professional, and also helped me to get a better deal to return in a location that would work for me.
