It seemed that everyone was running around like a headless chicken. No one greeted me when I arrived with the truck/trailer. Waited 5-10 minutes before my turn at the counter. That very pleasant and helpful employee went out to check-in the vehicle and, instead, went to help someone else on another vehicle - never saw him again. Sporadically over the next 15 minutes, an employee would do something with my truck/trailer. I asked another employee, who couldn't be bothered to look at me when speaking, to check-in my vehicle and was told someone was already doing it - although no one was around the truck. Another 5 minutes passed and stopped another employee walking past about the check-in and was told I was 'good'. No receipt or acknowledgment. The relay of clear and concise information is not their strong suite. Additionally, it should not take 30 minutes to return equipment. Unfortunately, this below average rating is becoming the new normal with designated U-Haul locations.Christopher P.

I will never recommend or use Uhaul again. I am a company of 16k people and we often relocate. I usually have sent the employees to uhaul. That won't ever be the case after this experience. Budget, Penske, anything other than uhaul after this experience.SALEENA J.
the charger in thruck didn't work, so my phone went dead and no one could reach me for 5 hours. That was unacceptable especially if there had been an emergency and I was a woman by myself. The location was very apologetic and gave credits.Diane C.

You need more staff at your location. These people are way overworked with the number of stressed out customers trying to move. Not good for their health and well beings. Also, you must tell customers that they have to be in the parking lot during the return to use the app. Especially for after hours returns. Not cool charging an extra $20 when the customer is not notified of this in advance. Your app needs work. Log in is not the same as online account. Apps aren't that hard! The truck worked out well. This location by far has better customer service then the one on oddie blvd. the only they both have in common is, 3 of 3 times both locations forget my dolly and blankets, its partially my fault for not double checking. But how do they expect me to drive back with my uhaul for the stuff. I would easyly put and extra 20 miles on thr uhaul thats not neededFRANCISCO JAVIER M.
I enjoy the new 25/7 self check-in and out. Very convenient and user friendly. I look forward to rent U-haul again. My only suggestion, I hope in the future cruise control and back up camera become standard in all U-haul truck. Those features will significantly improve safety and user experienceHOROHITO N.

I did not damage the vehicle but because I was not there when the vehicle was inspected, I have been charged for a tailight that I did not damage! The girls working were super rude and not friendly. There were a ton of us in the store waiting forever and seemed like they hated their jobs. Not a good experience as far as customer service at all.
