Staff was helpful and friendly. Drop off was fairly smooth, but they don't have much room in their parking lot. We had a 26 ft truck and an auto transport, and it barely squeezed into the lot. But the location is very handy and it went well enough.

The truck had transmission problems i believe, in 2nd gear, and the brakes need worked on, i was going down a small hill and when i used the brakes a loud noise started and lasted for about 5 min, i was not sure they were going to work, and then it did it again. i was closed enough to home to finish my trip going real slow, as not to go to fast in case they went out., i informed the person at middletown location.

Maybe have a procedure for informing customer about how to use the trailer AND the need to check the tire straps at regular intervals, (such as each refueling, etc). You do post instructions to check the oil at refueling, so I would think you could post instructions about the vehicle tow trailer also. Otherwise, everything else was covered.

Everyone was great! Our sons car broke down on the way to Florida. I called and the representative (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) found us what we needed and where since we did not know the area at all! I will be using UHaul in the future!

Picking the truck up at this location was a great experience. The guys at batteries unlimited went above and beyond to make sure my uhaul rental went smoothly. I would highly recommend renting from them. If I need to rent uhaul again I for sure will get it from batteries unlimited!

Where I pick the truck up from was great but I was also suppose to pick up my car transport at this same location but I had to go to another location to pick it up and it was the WORST it took them a hour and a half to get me hooked up and on my way

They rented me a car dolly for a AWD dodge caliber. 3 hrs down the road I realized the transmission and rear end were smoking I had to take the car off the dolly and drive it another 5 hrs to Michigan. Someone at Uhall is responsible for all damage done to my vehicle. Not my fault your clerks can not click the right button on the computer, to determine which type of trailer is needed. If your clerk would have typed in the correct information the computer would have denied the dolly. Terry Boatright
