I was given this truck with 11 miles to E which is unacceptable! I did not know the area and it happened to be a very bad and I honestly did not feel comfortable even getting gas but I had no choice. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe app did not work well. The truck was on empty when I picked it up.
Paul MFix the bathroom since you only have one at that location.
GERALD BThe location is not in the best area; however, the individuals at the location was very friendly, flexible and accomodating.
Tammie AI am wondering if there is any way to install some kind of lip or something on the area where we leave to drive out of there because it feels or seems we are driving off the curb and into a busy road. Maybe I missed it, but if that's the case, a sign would have helped me. This is the only thing, though. Everything about out checking it out and the return was easy and good.
