Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDrop off was fast and efficient, again Customer Service was great. The agent left her office to meet me in the parking area, took the keys and told me I didn't need to wait, she would check the vehicle and email me the receipt -- had it before I got back home.
Robert VI had a discrepancy on my bill, and they looked into it and corrected it right away. Really nice customer service.
Maureen JI did an after hour drop off. When I called to arrange the drop off the staff were very helpful and accommodating
