I had no problems with the truck.
Get your people trained. Get them to verify RETURN Locations so that the return can be executed painlessly. Have the contracts due dates and times reflect the RIGHT information. Pay people if gas on return is over what it should be.
Was charged additional 80 dollars for what? Returned it clean, at right gas level and was told I could drop at this location. Someone screwed up!
24 hour access, guy initially told me to unhook transport and where to park it. I explained that the last time I brought transport that the guy on duty took care of everything. Easy drop afterward.
Act like you are running a business. Never once asked any questions about where the truck was located or if anything was wrong. Too worried about whatever he was doing on his phone.

If you speak to a person don't confuse them with a text saying book on line making them believe what they reserved was not available. This confused me for 2 days. You lack communication between central and your sponsors I guess I would call them. Will say once I got the truck I wanted the gentleman was very nice. You lack communication!!!
I rented a car hauler , I told them what vehicle I was going to haul With it . But when I tried to load it . The trailer was too short I could not use the trailer . They would not return my money ! Will not be useing this location Again
While talking to the cashier about the u haul, he consistently stopped helping me to help everyone else

When I walked in and said "I'm here to return a truck" the guy just took the keys, walked outside, inspected the truck and finally said "it's ok" and walked back into his convenience store. There was no greeting, no thank you, no interaction at all.
Special thanks to Billy Alford at 21Rental Center, Rincon, Georgia for having packing pads. Our rental location had only one dozen pad when we had contracted for four dozen. Billy had and offered at no additional expense the pads or pickup location did not have in stock. Great job Billy, Mike Griffith
Nothing, services where top notch.
The location is a gas station that seems to be under construction. The person working there had trouble communicating clearly. After a while I figured out that he was telling me the cat dolly I reserved did not have the pigtail for the lights on it. I asked about the other two car dollies in the lot and he advised that they were all missing the pigtail for the lights. I asked him what I should do and he said he didn't know. I asked if there was another location nearby that was open and he sent me to a rental store a couple miles down the road that was closed. I ended up going and buying a pigtail for the lights and going back to the store to get the car dolly I had reserved. It was frustrating to have to waste that much time and money because the equipment I reserved was not in rentable condition and the person at the store did not seem to be able to resolve it.
Trailer was filthy. Attendant had to be asked to hook up trailer. Trailer was stuck on another trailer, I had to jack up one trailer in order to separate the trailers. Upon return, the attendant did not even come out to unhitch trailer from my truck.
I picked up a truck of yours to help move my military daughter and within a 6 hour period and the bill was for over $370. 00 of which my debt card had only $200.00 I am a senior who served in the US Army who has never made that amount of money within 6 hours. I was not able to view my contract or was never made aware of the ridiculous amount that I was facing. I knew from experience that it would be more than the $29.95 but $370.00 never cross my mind. If there is any way to recover or to reduce that amount please do it to help our military who put their life on the line daily. I made an attempt to use a credit card which would have ease the payment to monthly but it was an apple card without the numbers so I had to use my debit card of which my bank will charge me for over drafting!
TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED IN MY EXPERIENCE. Had truck reservations and received messages saying no truck available, was sent to another location 25 minutes away and was there a hour and with Mary and she couldn't not process or run cc because the uhaul system was down. I left my cc information and told her I'll come this evening to pickup truck, leave key in the back. But get a call a hour later saying my reservations disappeared from the screen. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! And top of all of that was sent to Ricon, Ga 40 minutes drive there and 40 minutes back to my location for a truck. Truly disappointed. Lisa
Have an accurate knowledge of gas in vehicle prior to renting truck out and when customer service tells the renter (who by the way is me) to expect a call back from"someone" related to my complaint then I should, and up to today it hasn't occurred. So I guess U-haul can expect another call from me when I can spare some time. Apparently U-haul haven't found time for this customer either.
