This was one of the worst experiences I have had with U-Haul from beginning to end. The person at the location did not help us with the trailer. She only came out of the store once and that was to take photos. I had to get the are manager to come and ensure the equipment was connected correctly. He arrived earlier than we discussed and still wasn't able to ensure my vehicle was properly loaded.

App/system wasn't updated and personnel was unable to help, very unclear English, and overall unhelpful. All around horrible experience with uhaul. Moving forward I will not be using these services again.
