The person who checked me in never stopped talking on the phone. He would not inspect the truck, had me take a picture of the mileage and fuel level to show him. There was no 'thank you' for my business as he was too self-absorbed in a personal conversation to notice me.Robert M.

I was very let down I pick the truck up it said a half if tank it was down below the half mark. I returned the truck as half of a tank and was still charged nearly $13.00. The truck was dirty the was full of dirt and I had to clean it before putting my stuff in it. The windows were so dirty dirty I had to clean them I couldn't hardly see out of them because of bugs all over the windshield. Was very let down with my 1st experience with u-haul.MARK W.
One problem we had was a tire with a gouge and a deep slash in the side of a rear tire. The UHaul customer service gave us the Roadside Assistance number and they came to our location to replace the tire.CYNTHIA E.

The location and staff was fine, but our reserved truck size was not there. There should be some sort of communication if your truck isn't there. I would have changed my move date if I would have know I would have to settle for a significantly smaller truck and more trips.Raymond M.

Employee at the gas station who handled the paperwork was the same upon pickup and drop-off. He was friendly but everything just took forever. What was supposed to be online check-in became in person because the link texted to me didn't work. I'll stick with 21 Rentals in Rincon in the future. (I rented last minute, and they understandably didn't have a truck available.)MATTHEW C.
Associate didn't speak English and argued with everything we said. It took us an hour to get through the rental process because he kept stopping to take his "paying" customers. Not sure what the $430 i gave him was, but I was under the impression that it was money. They didn't have the furniture dolly that I requested so I ended up having to go to Lowe's and purchase one to the tune of $60. Truck has not been maintained, we found so much stuff under the seat (including someone's cell phone). Brakes were awful, transmission wasn't shifting properly. I went with U-Haul because they offered a free months rent on a one way rental. Budget was $150 cheaper, should have used them instead. Found out once I gave you all my money that I couldn't get the unit I needed so still ended up paying another $200 out of pocket. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to U-Haul.REBECCA R.

Have all offered equipment on site. I ordered from one site, was sent to this location because other location didn't have rental available on site, then this location didn't have dolly ordered so had to return to first location and was not discounted on mileage to do so.Christopher C.

Have the information about the site correct on the website. It says the store is open 24 hours and I was expecting to pickup at midnight. Got to the store and it was closed. Was disappointed I did not get informed of this by Uhaul or especially the employees of the store since I had made the reservation a week on advance.Jenifer H.
