Was charged double for â€œwrong drop off location.â€ Drop off local was labeled â€optionalâ€ when making reservation and was told by 3 different uhaul employees that it didnâ€™t matter where I dropped truck off. I also never received a call 24 hours to confirm my reservation like was stated upon making the reservation. This may have helped clear up the drop off issue. Also uhaul was returned same day but contract said it was returned the next morning.

The salesman at the gas station system did not work... he had to call someone else to help in. I spent almost 2 hours at a gas station. Then none of the equipment was ready I had personally had to move trailers around to get to the trailer I was taking. The trailer I had at first one of the tires was locked so it wouldnâ€™t spin like the rest of them. The gas was on â€œEâ€. Just a bad experience but I was able to deal with everything myself.

The man at this location was extremely rude. The equipment wasn't clean. There was no help hooking the car hauler to the truck.

We were given mixed information we called about pick up times and was told we could pick up the truck at 8 when we arrived the person said we could not until 1 even thought the truck was sitting in the parking lot. after being on hold with uhaul customer service for over 35 minutes with no answer the guy finally let us take the truck when he realized there was no way someone else had rented the truck for between 8am and 1pm . wasted over an hour of my time for no reason

The vehicle need to be looked over. Windshield was very dirty, air sensor bad in Left RR low air lights stayed on. Had to make sure it wasnâ€™t leaking a few times during the trip.

Tiur customer service reps should be trained to answer questions correctly. Because I was told I could rent the truck 1way for 24 hrs and apparently thats not true. I'm thinkimg that is a way to scam people or not training your employees correctly. Because I was told several things that were incorrect until you charged my card. I am very unpleased with how things were handled. And all I got was I'm sorry it's im the contract. Maybe your emplyees need to read tbe damn contract so the know to tell people the correct answers

We got a uhaul to hall furniture on a rainy day. The sliding door on the back of the truck was open which left the entire uhaul soaking wet. Then the driver side door was open and the cab of the truck was wet as well. We were very upset and have already called customer service so we can recieve a refund.

When went to pick the truck up ,they already rented to someone else ,so we had to purchase another truck that was $10 higher,had to put down $100 ,when bringing the truck back ,only $ 4 and some change,would not use uhaul again

PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BILL!! Make sure the customer is being charged the appropriate rate. Location attempted to charge me for 2 days of rental when I only used U-Haul for one day. Read over contract trying to find reason for extra day charge. Nothing in contract stated I should be charged for extra day. Clerk should be able to provide reason for rate charges and not be argumentative with customer. However, after going back and forth with clerk she removed charged for 2nd day.

Having better communication with the customer will improve service. I was ver unclear of what I was being charged as far as mileage. However, I was very upset when I retuned the truck to pay 100 dollars more than what I was told.i will never go back to that location or recommend friends or family. However, thank you

I belief the gentleman who helped me is named Abdullah. He was kind, courteous, professional and handled my transaction expeditiously. Added to that, the vehicle was SPOTLESS. As a matter of fact, this was one of the cleanest moving vehicles I have been in since 2000. I will definitely recommend this place to any one who asks. Also, when I called the UHaul 800 number they did not mention this location AT ALL!
