Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe man that was completing the pick up was extremely rude, cursing and being vile through every step of the process. He had a horrible attitude and cursed at me multiple times. The truck was stuck in the mud and he cursed at me and gave me an attitude because he had to remove it from the mud. It was a horrible experience from start to finish.

Crystal PSketchy auto shop in the middle of NOWHERE. There is NO cellphone service in the area, so it was impossible to do self-check out. He must at a minimum have a wife and leave the password by the lockbox so people can actually get the trucks. A total disaster and U-Haul customer service just gets worse over time.
