Jay SExcellent customer service, very patient and friendly.
Sara HLocation was great but the u-haul truck it's self was HORRIBLE! driving the truck I thought the motor was going to blow up, it was not clean, whoever had the truck before me didn't clean it out!
Kinzy HThe back of the truck was clean, but they had a bad wheel alignment and slow to pick up like someone want the transmission and get ready to go out or something so that was my problem. I felt that I got the raggedy truck it was but it was another one out there, but he thought I should get that one, but that was my complaint. Will alignment bad will alignment in slow pick up.
