Truck was filthy when I picked it up. Mud on the fenders, sides, rear door and floorboards in cab.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating
Truck was muddy. Hand truck and blankets were not in the truck so the whole self serve check in did not work as I had to go inside anyway.

Nothing, everything was great!
Truck was very dirty inside and out. I had to clean the windsheild inside ant out myself before I could drive it. Person at the counter offered no help when I mention it to him. Worst rental experiance ever with Uhaul.
Customer service was great! Much better than South SR Ave location. I would much rather drive the extra mileage to deal with nice people.
Was thankful that this location found a truck for me. I was originally booked at another location. I called to confirm the day before and was told their truck was out of service. That was a little nerve wracking, would rather that uhaul called me to let me know that rather than me have to figure it out myself. But the national took over once it was discovered and got me squared away. All in all things went smoothly the morning of. Just not sure that would have been the case had I showed up without making the call the day before.
This location was awesome - the fact that Uhaul cancelled the truck I reserved ON THE PHONE WITH UHAUL the week before the day before I needed it and really didn't care if I found another one is beyond customer service. The person I spoke to didn't want to put in any effort to try to find a truck for me .ZERO interest at first. The fact that we were able to get a truck but had to drive 6 (SIX) hours to get it, is beyond comprehension. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE UHAUL. NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED THIS BAD. IT;S UNBELIEVABLE. FIX YOU SHORTAGE OF TRUCKS OR DON'T ALLOW ANYBODY TO MAKE A RESERVATION AND MAKE THEM BELIEVE YOU WILL HAVE A TRUCK AVAILABLE!! YOU CAN'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. WE WILL NOT TRUST YOU IN THE FUTURE AND LOOK AT OTHER OPTIONS FIRST.

Employees weren't wearing masks.
Fix the gas gauge on the truck so you know how much gas you have. Items rented were missing from truck, I asked for refund for those items and it said someone would contact me within 48hrs but they never did and then still charged me for the missing equipment. Will use different company in the future.

Vehicle was dirty but the staff made up for it With speedy and polite service.
I was charged a $20.00 after hours fee because I did not know that I was supposed to verify my equipment return from my mobile device at Uhaul.com/ share. This is something that should be told to customers when they rent trucks out. I have rented here many times and always had a good experience and do not recall ever having to pay this fee previously or having to verify my return on my phone when dropping off the same day rental after hours. I really think that uhaul should refund my $20.00 .
Great ride in cargo van, easy set up online, great customer service, just easy and quick and simple processing overall.

Clean the floor of the moving truck - the entire back of the moving van had a sticky floor
Had a 7am appointment because we were on a tight schedule and 2 people waiting outside as I got to The Rental Place in Rohnert Park. At 7:05 female employee pulls up to open store. One of the people waiting, a young man, said to me as he was getting out of his car, "sorry you had to wait". Come to find out the 2 people before me were employees too. That young man is apologizing for his supervisor who is showing up late! My compliments to the young man, sorry I didn't get his name. 1:Train female associate to wait on customers who have made a reservation and are waiting in line before answering numerous phone calls. Phone calls should be put on hold or have one of the other THREE employees answer the phone. 2. After we did our walk around to see if any damage to the vehicle, had to come back in and wait in line AGAIN. How about have the employee that brings you the truck wait for the walk around paperwork and take it back in or don't make the customer wait in line. 3. When returning a vehicle have signage posted to tell customer to pull in back or train female associate to give that instruction before leaving the counter when you are renting instead of having the person park the truck, wait in line, try to return keys, then be told to pull the truck around back. 4. Truck smelled like throw up really bad. Please regularly clean especially during this time. The same young man was helping with propane, I think, and when I returned the truck around back he quickly called out to me "I'll be with you shortly sir". He quickly jumped in the truck to check mileage and gas and sent me back in with paperwork. Compliments again to the young man for his efficiency and professionalism. I would much rather give all positive comments but my experience for the most part was the opposite.
