COURTNEY LThis was the 2nd location I had to go to pick up my rental. The first location had the truck returned with the keys locked inside the truck and I was sent to this second facility. The time delay, inconvenience and the additional miles I had to pay for were probably the biggest issues. If scheduling is very important for large loads it may be best to rent directly at the U-Haul site instead of the third party locations.
BRYAN HApp is super easy to used and has great features. Customer service was extremely helpful. Staff at the location were also great to work with. Highly recommend!
