I did a mobile pick up and the letter lock on the truck was super rusted and wouldn’t open. It took me almost 40 minutes to get the lock to open and the location itself was closed so there was no one to call for help. I also dropped the truck off $20 minutes after my time and got charged a full extra rate. The app also wasn’t working and wouldn’t let me upload the pictures on the beginning to pick it up. Horrible experience
