The equipment ordered on the rental agreement was not available at this location and I was not told it wasn't available until time for pick up. Do not recommend renting additional equipment online as they do not tell you if it will be available at that location or not. I was not happy with this service by u-haul.

Man at the front desk was rude and deceptive, did not explain the equipment rental process, miles, fees, handed me the keys to the truck and told me to go look it over but don't git anything when your backing it out.
