Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere was no room in the lot to drop the trailer. I wanted another drop off location in Ruston, but UHaul assigned this one to me. I do not like this location. The lot is crowded and full of holes.
LOY SExtremely helpful wonderful people at the shop, they really helped us in an emergency.
Ann PThe website shows 11a-2p SUNDAY hours, but the store is actually now closed on Sundays. A taped message on the front door shows a phone number for "Dre" which I used to check-in at 11:20a on 8/30/2026. Dre was very helpful by phone and text and "remotely" checked-in my 1-way 20-ft truck rental in less than 15 min. SUGGESTION: Please update this Ruston, LA. facility's SUN. store hours as "CLOSED" on the website.
