Customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady who helped me was rude, unhelpful, and argumentative about simple questions and concerns. The trick was given to me with literally no gas in the tank and the light on which cost me time and mileage to go to a gas station just to be able to drive the truck i rented. I rent lots of uhaul trucks for moving and business and this is the worst experience I've ever had.

Everything was wonderful . Shawna went above and beyond to help . She was very knowledgeable and helped make the process of renting a truck as seamless as ever . This is the only place I would ever rent a truck .

Keith YThe inside of the truck was dirty and had broken glass. We had to clean it out before using it. Trash was in the cab from previous user.
CHRISTINE HIt appears that the first photo on the google app shows a picture of the uhaul on Auburn around the corner. May want to delete it to avoid confusing your customers.
