This online check-in business is awful. The confirmation email told me to go to the above location. When I started the online process, I was instructed to go to another site. I then had to call customer service to figure out where my truck was. The people physically at these sites has no idea about my reservation, because this stupid online checkout shit leaves then out of it. I drove all over town trying to figure this crap out. The process is too long, there were some issues with your server responding. Overall it took almost 2 hours to get my truck.
