The trailer was an older one but overall it was in good condition. Individual was friendly and service was good.

I had a great moving experience and I made sure to take exceptional care of the equipment I rented. I had the truck from 9:31 am to 3:49 pm . All well to this point. My problem is how they try to nickel and dime people . My two sons and myself used the mileage estimate and all came up that 4 gallons were needed .To be safe we added 5 gallons, One Block from the drop off point . At the rentals returned , I was charged 7.65 more for fuel . I find this very poor and I will never rent from UHaul or Recommend them to ANY one !!
PAT BWhen we returned the truck, I told the manager that the left tail light isn’t very bright and when I was signaling, my daughter said that it didn’t show very well. Also, the driver side door doesn’t shut very well but overall it was a good experience. I just wish it didn’t cost over $800 to go from Sioux City, Iowa to Owatonna Minnesota because I have another storage unit in Iowa. It’s ridiculous prices.

DALTON KThe drop off at Aspen storage was challenging. We arrived at night and the location had almost no signage. We drove back and forth on Clearwater Road and finally saw a large truck parked in the parking lot that had a sign on it that said Aspen storage. The storefront has multiple signs on the windows for various businesses and Aspen Storage and U-Haul were hard to distinguish. It was very dark and not at all obvious that we were in the correct location.
