I don’t like the place
Jose AThe personnel told me to just drop it off. I didn’t receive a receipt until I contacted U-Haul. Not sure if I would’ve received the receipt had U-Haul not contacted them. It was easy to drop off but the follow through could be better to avoid the worry that one would get charged for not returning the equipment.

george mI had a very bad experience with customer service changing my location U-Haul overall don’t care about customers this first agent I spoke to was aggravated about my concern huffy and puffy over the phone as if I’m getting on his nerves about my concern of driving to a different location out of my area then he transferred me to a supervisor and she talked as if I’m slow her tone aggressive I should have gotten a discount on mileage considering I had to leave Illinois to go to Missouri for a truck adding extra miles because my pick up location was changed…to the company after this experience I will no longer use U-Haul or recommend the company However The U-Haul agent at the pickup location was very fast polite and helping he understood my aggravation and made the rental process smooth this was actually the first time I ever got done with rental process fast usually it takes a extra 45mins in the past to obtain the rental.. but this agent was fast , ready , proficient
