This location wasn’t the issue. It was the company overall. I booked a 17’ truck two months ago, I got a call two days before saying it wouldn’t be available. They offered a bigger truck for same price but it was the time that was the issue. I booked it for 8am and the only thing they had was at 12:15pm. Which wasn’t enough time for us to get everything out. So we had to rearrange numerous schedules to make it work! Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t understand the point of scheduling an appointment if the truck just might not be there. Customer service was awful as well trying to accommodate for their mistake. Never again will I use Uhaul. Ever

Change the location it is very unsafe neighborhood. Also I was shown a different charge at booking and at take out

I felt unsafe at this location. I was not greeted. There was a conflict going on between the worker and another customer and there were hints that it might become physical. No one attempted to assist in unhooking the trailer or even inspecting the trailer when returned.

when i got there was not sure if i had a truck. Then the battery had to be put in. Apparently the night before the window had been replaced. It had rained floor board wet along with glass on floor and in door. My son dropped something down in there and unknowingly cut up his fingers.

Nobody was there when I arrived. Owners were not well orgabized or knowledgeable about Uhaul.

We rented the equipment for 9.30am. Store supposed to open at 9am. Staff did not show up until 9.45am which was into our lease time. They had no WiFi so I had to show them my contract on my phone. Thank goodness I had done express checkout.

The renter never made it clear how much the total was. They did not give me a receipt or paperwork. They also messed up the reservation and marked it to be returned at their location. The bill was almost 3X what I expected.

Odd setup having UHaul key in a convenience store. Truck smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. No secure parking area.

made reservations last week for today could not get truck for today ,was sent to another place they only owned one truck and a trailor just was not a good experience

Charged me over $200!!! for using 1,134 miles when I only drove 683 miles. Thank God I took a picture of the odometer while checking the car! Without the picture there is no way to prove the miles driven. Will never use this location again!

I ordered with the truck, a dolly and furniture pads. These items were not available at the rental truck location. I was sent to another location for them. I also needed two queen size mattress covers which I had to go to a third location to purchase.

Unprofessional and apparently did not call in the return properly as it took several calls to straighten it out. On drop off they indicated for us to take it in back by the others and unhook. They did not help or even offer to help.

Drop off location was cell phone store. Very dirty. Awful. Will not use u haul again.
