Terrible customer service. Filthy location. No one there to check out just said to drop the trailer and leave Not a good location to have your U Haul brand with.

Nobody on site. Gas station provided phone numbers that weren’t answered. I had to call U-Haul to chase down the agent. Very slow and irritating experience.

Paul DWeird pick up set up where you go into the gas station and are given a number to call. The cab of the truck had wrappers in it and my dad, who was the driver, found a long sleeve men’s shirt and two bottles left in the cab behind the center console and one was filled with urine. It was a Cherry Lime Body Armor bottle, so the liquid is supposed to be red but this was urine colored. The back of the truck had moving blankets left inside. I overall didn’t care about the blankets being left as long as I wouldn’t get charged for them so I made sure I let them know at drop off that they were already there. Just overall underwhelmed with the cleaning of the truck and pick up experience. I reported this to customer service and I was told the area manager Keith White was supposed to call me to follow up and he didn’t. I just received an email from a ‘noreply’ address saying I’ll get a $50 credit on my rental. Uh, I’m not sure a $50 credit and no phone call are a good enough response for having the experience of grabbing a bottle to help clean up only to realize you’ve accidentally picked up a bottle full of urine. If the email from Keith was not from a no reply email I would contact him first with my dissatisfaction before posting but it’s his lack of contacting that has led to this.
Julia PNot very friendly. Told me to put the trailer in a spot between the yellow lines which was rather difficult because his own car was in the way. Parking lot is not inviting.
