There was no information given about getting into and out of the gated area. We needed another customer to let us in and out because the office was on lunch. No one was available to help us get out of the gated area. Thankfully a bystander told us a code to enter into the gate key pad. This information needs to be given to all customers, especially the ones using Truck Share 24/7 when it is not required to have an employee help with the return.Amanda M.
Bad website and customer service. Couldn't get into location for self-service pickup because it thought we were in the wrong location (we weren't) and had to wait 2 hours for customer service to finally check in for us.david N.

A code was not supplied to access the gate into the facility. The person on the other end of the intercom seemed very bent out of shape that I needed to be let in to return the truck. Updating the return instructions to include a gate code for this location would be useful. Thanks.Garrett O.

The dolly's I reserved and paid for we're not in the truck when I did virtual pick up. I had to come back after business hours opened and was told the location had none and basically too bad.Kristen S.
It took us over an hour to get into the gate, unlock our key, retrieve our truck and exit the gate. The 24/7 pick up option was extremely frustrating and further from easy than I could explain in words. At that point it would be easier to wait until the location is open to not have to deal with the headache of not being able to login and get the key, all while waiting on hold with no support for over 45 minutes. Once we returned the truck the worker complained that he had to wake up at 4 am to get our truck ready because â€œwe waited until 5 pm to order for the next morningâ€ which wasn't true. We ordered 2 evenings prior. I shared this with the worker and he continued to vent about his boss and complain about waking up early which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Did not have a good experience through the app, 24/7 pick up or drop off. We would greatly appreciate being contacted about our experience and even more so would appreciate a refund of some sort. At this point wouldn't recommend this location or pick up process to anyone. Would not choose uhaul again either.Karisa P.
I rented a UHaul for Sunday, April 18. On Sunday I went to confirm my UHaul info via my iPhone. I was not able because the UHaul server was down. I drove over to UHaul to pickup the truck -up with a high level of frustration. There was another customer ahead of me when I walked in the office area. The women behind the counter was explaining that the server was down and she was very kind in explaining the process that needed to be followed. She apologized for having us give her the same info that was in the system. - but she could not access because of the server being down.She was so professional, kind, and sensitive to our level of frustration. By her explaining to us the situation and with her kind demeanor - my level of the frustration-was gone and I drove away being a happy customer. When I reflect back on Trish Sanford's excellent customer service - I hope UHaul is appreciative of her being a great professional Customer Service Representative. Thank you Trish - I will be back because of your service and kindness.Esther W.

I was charged for loving blankets that I did not receive! I also wasn't helped in dropping off the equipment and no one answered the phone to help. I felt treated differently and ignored. Horrible experience! Please fix. I will never recommend this service.Cherish O.
No one was there to help me when I arrived. When I called the number posted I received a very unfriendly tone for calling even though I was there at my scheduled pickup time and was told the employee would be there in five minutes. Then, the employee didn't appear to know how to look up my registration or to have any knowledge of the online reservation system including whether or not I had already paid. All in all, I would not recommend this business to anyone.Joel C.

Make sure bookings that are made in advance are actually ready. I booked my truck out a month before and when got there they said they didn't have one for me. It took 45 min for them to figure out where and how to get me a truck which caused lots of issues for the rest of our moving day. The truck was very dirty and full of trash bits in the front driving area. It was also extremely beat up with a cracked front bumper. I was also charged double for what i was quoted and was not explained why. I will be seeking to get a refund. It seems as if the workers are not properly trained and there is extremely poor communication between people. They had to re-do a forms multiple times and were expressing out loud that they didn't know how to do thier job. I would give 0 stars if i could. Especially if i am not refunded for how I was extremely over charged.Hannah F.

I was questioned by the front desk guy several times about getting insurance and since I opted out to take really good pictures before and after. I was given extended hours which I didnt need as it seemed as if they were wanting to push off me bringing back the trailer. The back of the truck was dirty, had blankets on the floor, dolly was not attached, and wrappers were left in the front.GARRET D.
A number of hidden, unexplained charges on my bill totaling $60 on an $80 rental. I would never go to this UHaul location again.James E.
Provide the Gate Code for Drop Off to make it available when you log-in to your account. Gate code was shown one single time during pick up then disappears for good. Another customer and myself were dropping trucks off and sat an waited 30+ minutes at 8pm to get in the locked space. No one answered after hours calls and U-Hauls main-line we sat on hold for 25+ minutes. Also Don't double charge customer's, including an unnecessary cleaning fee, then not respond to a customer service request via email. I still haven't been refunded.Ryan T.
