Difficult to get in via gate speaker. Someone at lunch caused a wait. Difficult to get out after placing key in drop box. Had to wait far a customer to enter the closed gate, with no visible way to exit from the inside. Under staffed or having a bad day 😕

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSomeone told me on the phone that I could drop it off at the Saint Paul store and then when I got there they told me it would be $100 so I’m not very happy
Jonathan PInstructions were a bit confusing and my truck did not have the rented equipment I paid for. Would greatly appreciate a refund and in all honesty additional compensation or a full refund for my rental for the massive inconvenience caused by not having the equipment I paid to rent
