I was not informed that I would need a "gate code" in case of return AFTER hours of operation when returning the truck. I tried calling the place to inform them that I needed to return the truck, but was informed by a callback to leave it in a different location which was a block away.

We were locked in the gates after moving for an hr. The inside was closed, customer service never answered the phone, & the person on the online chat said he couldnâ€™t get ahold of the area manager. After moving for hrs. The guy gave us the wrong exit gate code. A man finally let us out after returning his U-Haul.

Charge the correct amount for insurance coverage, give users information on return charges. Be present when needed. Havenâ€™t been able to get ahold of anyone for the almost double charge on my U-Haul

Everything went well. The attendant was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The only issue we had with the rental was that we were unable to contact the location by phone when we had a question.

The man at the office was the absolute best part of my expirience. The technology aspect is where there were many downfalls. I couldnâ€™t get insurance online before hand. And also the drop off website that I was supposed to visit upon returning the keys just didnâ€™t function at all. I really hope Iâ€™m not charged more because of this

We reserved a van and got a truck instead. The mileage charge was based on the estimated mileage not the actual mileage As a result I was overcharged $8.25. Phone calls to this location were not returned. If we drove a greater distance than estimated, would the miles that exceeded the estimate be at no charge?

Your app/self-pick system is atrocious. I tried to login in through the website on mobile, and after I entered the verification code, it took me back to the login screen. I tried this 3 times. Then I downloaded the app and when I logged in my reservation wasn't even there. Then when I entered my reservation number into the app, it said that it couldn't be found. Essentially, I would not have been able to login at all and pick-up my U-hual if nobody had been working there that morning. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

Donâ€™t double book my original truck that I ordered. It was a real pain that I had to scramble last minute to find a new truck. I even called Uhaul the night before to confirm my order. I will more then likely never be using uhaul again.

What a great service! The only problem was that I ended up paying for way more gas than I actually used because it wasn't full when I picked it up.

The location waited until 4:20pm to process my return, despite the truck being back by 2:30pm. This allowed them to fraudulently charge me for an extra rental period. They are not answering their phone and are not returning my phone messages. This in my opinion is completely scammy behavior and to experience something like this has guaranteed I will never use your services again.

I drove the rental less than 10 miles. The next day I received an invoice charging me for 317 miles. I e-mailed and left two voice messages for the company but they didn't call me back.

I was told by my pick up location that they had me down for three days. I told him I just needed the truck for one day he said that ok. When you turn the truck in they will just charge you for one day. I pick the truck up on 5/25/19 and returned that night at 10:30 pm put the key in night box. Sunday I received my invoice through e- mail from the location I drop it off at they had the returned day down for 5/26/19 so when I went back up there they told me I was supposed to use a uhaul app on my cell phone which I was not of wear of and for me to call the location I pick it up from. So I did and they put a disputed in for me. So the moral of the story is remember to use app if returning early. Waiting on decision.
