The ladies who work the front desk are very helpful and friendly. The man who checks the equipment when renting a Uhaul trailer is not very knowledgeable and should probably consult a mechanic before touching the wiring on any vehicle that is not titled to the Uhaul company. This was the only Uhaul location with a truck the size that I needed, or I would have gone elsewhere because of this man. And his standing there, staring at us the whole time we were at the desk completing the reservation to get the truck was very uncomfortable and weird! In the future, I will either travel further to get the rental or I will use a different company, my family and I will not use this location again.
