The truck needs maintenance, I had to stop to put air in the tires three times, the latch is extremely hard to close, the lights would not turn off I'm assuming because of the latch. My order included a dolly, and upon arrival I was told they don't offer that. I was 40 minutes late to drop off the truck from my approximate time for return because I could not get the latch to shut on my last load, and had to stop for the third time to get air (mind you I picked it up later that I planned to because of the hassle of getting it from this location and how long that process took) and was charged an additional $20.00. I am extremely unsatisfied with this whole thing, this truck made my moving day 10x more stressful and slowed me down. It was more of an issue then it was helpful.

Matthew BI filled the pre check and put how much gas was in the tank (with picture) which didn’t match what was reported, when I returned it they charged me for not having the amount the paper work. The paper work says 1/2 it only had 3/8 which is what I put in the tank.
