Hard to get to, awful part of town- homeless in the parking lot. Whole experience left a lot to be desired. Made all reservations in advance through the app and pre-planned everything- despite this the location changed twice due to "equipment unavailability" despite it being okay during my reservation, when I arrived, the app showed a reservation but then said there was no equipment available, luckily a clerk was there at the "gas station" - but still they had trouble finding my reservation. Once found, all of my pre-entered information (insurance, my license, my other contact info) all had to be redone. The check out and check in were not self explanatory and the app sucked. Nothing saved me time. Not a great experience.

Poor customer service, said he could not fix fuel overcharge and to call customer service. Only one person to work convenient store and Uhaul services. Not a good location for Uhaul services.
Brent SThe check in procedure was very unpleasant. Having to scan a code to check in . The associate was very rude and not helpful at all. I am not sure why he is even there checking in customers when he is not being helpful. I will never use that location again. Will rent from an actual U-Haul location.
