Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI knew in advance that the store was not open on Sunday’s which is not a problem. The U-haul check in process is very simple. However, this location did not have a key drop off box. The representative on the phone directed me to another location to return the key. Extremely inconvenient and out of my way. As a result I need to go back to the store on Monday to return the key. Very dissatisfied with this particular situation.

IBRAHIN STruck did not have a moving dolly
lenee mNot worth it . My truck pickup was in a dark one way alley. I was scheduled for a pickup and The only truck there was mine. there were 4 other trucks in bright visible spot. Mine should have been ready to go and in a more safe place. On top of that, my truck was locked! They had to offer me a different truck that was in the bright location. I couldn’t drop off the keys where they wanted because there was no where to place them! My pickup was at midnight and my drop off was at 10 pm. I had to spend my gas to go drop the keys off the next business day. Quite disorganized. This added an additional 90 minutes of frustration and communication with support.
