Although the associate was very friendly at pick up, we discussed the option for a military discount. The associate let me know there is a 10% military discount that would be applied however, when I received the invoice there was no adjustment. I called U-Haul 800 number and after speaking to a customer service representative named Stephanie I was told there was nothing that could be done. I asked to speak to someone who might be able to make it right and was given an number to David Arias a local corporate representative (he is listed as a GM on LinkedIn). I was told that I would receive a call with in 24-48 hours and never received a call. I have a second daughter to move into college and although the storage unit is close to a U-Haul location I will be looking for a different carrier.
