Dog shit all over the ground near the trailers. Staff seemed unfazed, said the owners let their big dogs run loose but didn’t pick up after them.

Tionne JI received a call the day prior to my reservation and was asked to come in an hour later than anticipated. I adjusted the day to accommodate this request. Once I arrived, I was informed they did not have any utility dollies, which I have rented two of. They asked if they could supply furniture dollies to make up for the inconvenience. Again, I said yes to the request, mostly because I needed some sort of dolly for the furniture I was moving. They only provided me with one furniture dolly and said they don’t get any others. This ultimately required me to go purchase a dolly for $80 to assist in our move. I have another reservation at the same place this week and rented dollies on the reservation.
