I'm guessing there have been security issues at this location because it is wrapped in barbed wire and there wasn't really an office for the public to go into which is why I gave the "no" on the clean and inviting question. Regardless, the guy that processed my return was very helpful and friendly. He gave good instructions for where to leave the truck and processed the return quickly. I don't know the guy's name, but his customer focused attitude is the reason why I would recommend this location to a friend. My reciept suggest it was that MCavalier processed the return if that helps.
RUSSELL KI’d reserved 1 set of moving pads (6 total) for $5. Although when picking up I received the max amount of 36, which was $30. I’d set it up on website before arriving so I’d assumed whatever was pre populated would be what I was getting. So I overpaid by nearly $25 and I had way too many moving pads.
