It was a very bare bones location with only 1 U-Haul van available for rent. I was charged for CDW even though I declined it when making the reservation online. I had originally made a reservation at another location, but then had to change it to this location because the van I had reserved was no longer available. I specifically told the person at this facility that I wanted to decline the CDW coverage. It was still put on my contract. I didn't have a chance to review the contract before signing it because I was only shown the screen on the cell phone that allowed for my signature and nothing else. There was no attempt to review the contract before I signed it. Having to do the entire contract on a cell phone app which was all this facility had was not satisfactory.
