3 calls with customer service and 1 to business corporate with long hold times were a waste of time. Seriously thought about sending our employee elsewhere. Was very unhappy after having had the call with corporate and she wanted to transfer me back to customer service. They give a bad taste when no one can answer your question and they keep flipping you from person to person. I was on the phone for over two hours trying to get a trailer.DWIGHT W.

This has nothing to do with the location only that UHAUL scheduled my service over the phone, didn't send me a confirmation email or receipt of estimated charges until after I dropped the trailer off. I spoke with numerous associates about the 2 day extension and ended up having to pay for 3 days. I scheduled pick up for a location 15 minutes from my house, and paid to reserve the trailer however the day before pick up I received notification I had to drive an hour away from my house to pick up. No one asked or called, and the manager I spoke with said to me "this is what we got, so you have to go here" she was rude and discourteous. the only good part about this experience were the two members at the pick up and drop off locations. I have no intention of using Uhaul again, nothing but a hassle!Shannon G.

I cannot say enough about how well-trained the staff is at this location. Their attention to customer service is unmatched. The owner is often present, and it shows. The computer system went down while we were going through the process of renting the truck. It cost of an extra 15 to 20 minutes of just standing there waiting for Uhaul's computer app to come back on line. It reminded me of renting from Uhaul 25 years ago, nothing has changed, nothing. It takes an incredible long time just to rent a truck from this company, even though all my information was on a reservation. It's the absolute worst part of renting a vehicle from this company and it hasn't changed after decades. It's still a huge waste of time going through the rental process. Shame on this company for just continuing to find a way to waste their customers time.Felix F.
There were only one (1) Clerk attending to Customers, have someone on standby for long lines. I've rented vehicles from uHaul for decades with the information on-hand, surprising I had to provide another number â€œif I can't be contactedâ€, I have a bigger problem in that case since my cell number was on record; hope all the information is being protected since every other week there is another data breach. I was told the vehicle was clean but the stirring wheel was sticky from age or grime, in this time of extra ordinary cleanliness a better job could be done. Not sure why the company advertise $19 a day, one can't leave the parking lot without acquiring mileage fee; my final bill was $84.48 plus $10 in gas, very deceptive.TIMOTHY T.
My truck had issues with the transmission, a short in the electrical and needed new wiper blades. A suggestion to put a gutter on Mom's attic by the driver's door. The team at the Lake Mary/17-92 branch is awesome.Eric S.

Th Sanford location was the 3rd after making an initial Reservation the day before. They kept me sending to other locations to get a Truck that I previously 'reserved'. Apparently, a Reservation means nothing in U-Haul world. At the end, I did not get the type of Truck that was originally reserved in the 1st location (Altamonte Springs, FL -for same day pickup and return). So, a Truck that rents at $19.00, at the end was ~$300.00 for same day use and return, in a ~50miles trip. First time that I had a bad experience with U-Haul, so maybe they are going backwards. Next time I'll consider other Rental company.Luis H.
